Donny Carter
Donny is the Broker and Co-Owner of Carter & Roque Real Estate. He has been in the real estate business since 2005, originally working with Robision Skidmore Professional Real Estate Services and The Goodfellow Agency. Most recently, he was the Team Leader of the Carter-Roque Team, one of the top producing teams in the Historic Highlands Association of Realtors. A consistent Multi-Million Dollar producer, he has helped many families realize their dream of home ownership. In addition to being licensed as a Broker, Donny holds a Certified General Appraiser Certificate in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Virginia. Donny earned his bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland - University College. One of his other interests is the well being of his community. He currently serves as the Commissioner of Finance for the City of Frostburg, Vice President of Frostburg First - A Maryland Main Street Community, and is also the President-Elect of the Historic Highlands Association of Realtors. Donny is also a volunteer coach of the Mount Savage girls 6th grade basketball team. Donny and his wife, Kristan, have two daughters and reside in Frostburg. Meg Roque
Meg is a Realtor and Co-Owner of Carter & Roque Real Estate. She received both her real estate license and her appraisal apprentice permit in 2009. For two years she worked with Donny on the Carter-Roque Team at The Goodfellow Agency, gaining substantial experience and knowledge in the negotiation and marketing of real estate. By opening Carter & Roque Real Estate, the goal is to provide a fun and energetic workplace where agents can succeed and clients can get professional service with a personal touch. In addition to her real estate education, Meg holds a bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Shepherd University and a master of Public Health Degree from West Virginia University. Meg and her husband, Mark, live in Frostburg with their son, Ripken. They spend most weekends attending sporting events - from Orioles baseball, to both University of Maryland and West Virginia University football. Diana Iman
Diana is a Realtor and Home Stager at Carter & Roque Real Estate. She has been licensed since 2010. Prior to joining Carter & Roque Real Estate, Diana was a member of the Carter-Roque Team at The Goodfellow Agency. Diana's extensive background in event planning and room design gives her clients the extra advantage of putting their homes a step above the competition through staging. Her many years of client relations have taught her to be a great listener and help clients achieve their goals of home ownership. In her spare time she enjoys spending time camping, touring wineries and gardening. Bill Davis
Bill is a Realtor at Carter & Roque Real Estate. He has well over well thirty years, helping countless buyers and sellers realize their dreams of home ownership. Bill began his career with Gianesto & Jenkins Realty and had worked for nearly thirty years at The Goodfellow Agency prior to joining Carter & Roque Real Estate.
